I have heard the news of Japan. It has massively been hit by severe earthquakes and Tsunami. I pray to Almighty God to help them in all the possible way. I also appeal and urge the International Bodies and all other capable countries to come forward to help the country.
I personally believe that Japan has very strong will power and courage to bear this sock. History is witness to their turnaround success. I offer my sincere sympathy and gratitude towards the people of Japan.
May Almighty God provide then strength and power to withstand this unexpected event.
I also appeal to the leadership community to come together to help them.
As a New Zealander and having felt the pain from being away from my country during our recent tradgedy, to see this total devastation and anihilation is totally humbling. My thoughts are with the Japanese people. Let our strength be theirs, let their loss be shared. Bless.
As your neighbour in the Australasian region we are closely aware of your worry for family, neighbours and personal safety.
You have been generous in sharing your knowledge and resources to combat earthquakes, fires , floods and natural disasters to countries in this Region particularly during the recent New Zealand earthquake. Thank You.
Your Prime Minister encouraged citizens to be mindful of each other and help each other in whatever way you can.
Let us too respond to that call to support your recovery effort be it financially or in thought, deed or kindness to those Japanese living outside their country of birth.
Ajay, I was touched by your sincere words of care for the people of Japan and your courageous words of encouragement. It allows us to look at the moment but see the future, which is full of hope!
Thank you Kim, I get inspired by your words. I believe in giving and that derives happiness and satisfaction to me. Yes, you are right. Life is full of hope, that I believe.
Something woke me in the middle of the night and I was unable to fall back asleep. Reuters was open in one of my tabs and the headline made me aware of why I was awake. I prayed for our brothers and sisters in Japan, their families, and friends.
Instead of working, reading articles, commercially being productive, I spent the morning in prayerful meditation for their healing and comfort.

Hi Ajay,
Love how you turn your comment to confidence in the strength of the people in Japan.
Your assessment of the situation that includes compassion and moves to confidence reflects a leader’s orientation.

So much loss, so much pain.
Because we have felt just a small part of the pain and loss, we can and will be part of the recovery in as many ways as possible.
This is one of the resolve moments for all of us. It is a marker of our legacy for the next generations.
Doc,
Thanks for your comments. They have a sense of poetry that leads us toward the future.
I think hope for the future must be one of the more important attitudes leaders exhibit during crisis.
Best,
Dan
