  2. Curious questioning:
    • Invite input and expect differing opinions.

  3. Open listening:

    • Stay focused on results while building relationships.
    • Define success together, agree on next steps, and how progress will be reviewed.
    • Review progress, identify relevant learning, and celebrate achievement.
