- Let them experience being wrong without humiliation.
Maturity develops when reality shrinks ego.
Immaturity loves comfort. Introduce productive friction. Reward responsible mistakes. Let irresponsible failure have consequences.

- “I need help.”
- “I don’t know. Tell me more.”
- “You might be right.”

Maturity doesn’t arrive with fireworks.
Challenge immature behavior. Don’t reward it. Don’t protect it.
